Who we are

Frontier Percussion is a new competitive percussion ensemble based in Jacksonville, Florida. We’ve pulled together some of North Florida’s finest instructors, who all share a similar goal: to create a space dedicated to nurturing young talent and building strong, responsible leaders. We are dedicated to creating an environment where students can thrive both individually and as a team.

Our Mission
Our mission is to inspire and develop the next generation of percussionists through exceptional training, community outreach, and performance opportunities. We focus on more than just musical excellence; we aim to instill a deep sense of personal responsibility, leadership, dedication, and how to work as a team in each of our members. It is important that we not only foster musical growth in our students, but also develop the characteristics that make outstanding people.
